e-Tools Software Newsletter / May 2022

Dear Client,

It's hard to believe we are nearly halfway through the year. Our plans to migrate our Windows applications to the Cloud have come a long way, plus we have a range of other exciting things lined up for you over the next few months. Enjoy this issue of our newsletter.

NeRA Cloud Takes Off - Time to Move to the Cloud with Us!

The highly anticipated NeRA Cloud has been launched, spearheading the industry once again, just like the release of our Windows version did in 2006.

e-Tools' evolution to the cloud is a technological leap forward to help you operate a compliant, viable business into the future. NeRA Cloud retains the robust agreement generation process you've trusted, with the addition of some very sophisticated features.

Top reasons to move to NeRA Cloud now:

  • Data accessibility from anywhere on multiple devices
  • Improve occupancy & funding, with sales enquiry management tool & ACFI calculator.
  • DocuSign-ready for e-signature integration option^
  • Azure AD integration for Single Sign On (SSO) user authentication^
  • Save on in-house server & IT support costs - hosting included & software updates managed for you.
Discover more at our website or book a demo via Jenny Burley, National Sales Manager on jburley@e-tools.com.au

Not part of the NeRA Cloud standard inclusions, however NeRA Cloud integrates with both solutions. Organisations will need to manage their own Azure AD & DocuSign accounts.

ACSA National Summit - The Return of Face-to-Face Events

The e-Tools team was most excited to be part of the ACSA National Summit held on 3-5 May in Canberra, as the industry slowly opens up after a lengthy COVID-induced shutdown.

Aligned with the conference theme 'Aged Care 2.0: Getting It Right', e-Tools showcased their cloud solutions and offered providers a financial health check to help them be on track to 'getting it right'.

Funding and Systems Review for Home Care - First 30 Minutes Free

The IPA is far-reaching, requiring a much deeper understanding of its ripple effect on funding, reporting and viability. As time progresses, there is a noticeable knowledge gap across the industry.

Our Funding and Systems Review is designed to help minimise your risk from loss of revenue, cash flow difficulties or non-compliance. This service is management-based and is aimed at improving your unspent funds situation and overall management of services, whilst increasing your understanding of the changes.

We offer a free 30-minute financial health check* focused on your organisation's funding claims. The findings will give you a general sense on your position and will form the basis of a full review, should that occur.  We cannot stress enough how important this is and encourage clients to tap into our knowledge base to get support and direction. Please contact Prateek Mishra, Management Accountant on pmishra@e-tools.com.au or 03 9573-3277 for more info.

* Free 30-minute health check is available to eHCP clients for a limited time and is limited to an assessment of your organisation's funding claims. Conditions apply, please ask us for details.

Small Business Support - Tiered Pricing Structure

We recognise the importance of having new and diverse providers, but also understand the difficulty of being a start-up or small business.  The e-Tools tiered pricing structure eases the pressure in early growth stages as providers establish themselves.

Are you considering, or about to embark on, delivering other types of care - e.g. existing residential care provider transitioning into home care? You may qualify for our small business tiered pricing structure for new software purchases.~

If you would like to know more about entering a different part of the aged care sector, have a chat with our consulting team. We've found in many cases that it can be a fairly natural progression, as you would already have most resources in place.

~ Conditions apply, please contact us for details.

e-Tools Staff Spotlight

In this issue, our staff spotlight is on Mae Chin, Marketing Manager. Mae has been part of e-Tools' voyage and growth for many years, experiencing multiple phases of industry and technological changes over time.

Mae finds working at e-Tools enjoyable and inspiring, as there are many down-to-earth people from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures and experiences.

Her favourite part of the role is knowing that not everyday is the same; that challenges also present opportunities to raise the bar to help providers improve outcomes via our solutions, with the end goal of delivering the best care possible for our community.

Outside of her role at e-Tools, Mae is a busy parent to two children and a fur baby, has embraced basketball and calisthenics as a result of her children's interests and passions, and has an appreciation for all things culinary-related (i.e. likes food and watches Masterchef).
